A stink!

Nothing quite like the odor of skunk first thing in the morning. Opening the door to work, the odor kind of slapped you in the face today. Did someone let a skunk in the door or get sprayed?

It seems that one of the girls was coming in at 6 a.m., running in, trying to get out of the rain and the baby skunk wanted out of the rain too. It sprayed her three times. PhewWhee! We got a memo later in the day saying that the skunk was as scarred as the girl it sprayed..... Scarred? Was that emotional or physical scarring? I think someone needs to edit those memos. We laughed all day about what would scar a skunk! I mean if you think about it, the fact that they have such an odoriferous reputation might be enough to send them to a shrink!.... because they stink!
