We went to a softball game tonight to watch Joey play. The weather was beautiful, but the mosquito's were in attendance too, although not too bad.

Maurine and Angela hosted a wedding shower for Adam and Kaylee. As usual, they went all out. The spread was much like a Las Vegas buffet with food galore.

 

Visit to GiGi's and Grumpy's house

Creed (now 3 weeks old) and Kara came over today to visit. Mike had surgery on his hand, so I took the day off.  Creed played and slept on his play mat, (courtesy of cousins Nikki and Seth) and we went for a walk around the neighborhood.

Just a swangin'

Creed has decided that the world is too interesting and if he sleeps, he might miss something. He is such a light sleeper! He was trying out his swing in this picture.

Busy Friday night

Creed came over while his mom and dad had a date night and he had lots of company. Haven (7 months old) came over with her aunt Nikki. My friend Paula brought over her grand baby Emma Lynn (almost 4 months old).  Paula is a very talented photographer and now she has a new subject in Emma. Pictured here at a "Peace Rally".    Check out her awesome portfolio here.   As Kara said, these babies looked like beasts (size wise) compared to little baby Creed.

Two weeks old

Creed was two weeks old Wednesday. Here he is pictured with his dad and GiGi's friend Jan who stopped by just to meet Creed.

Uncle Ryan

Sarah sent me these pictures that she took of Ryan and Creed. Ryan came to see us three times this week. That is a record for him~ We were happy to see him and hope his little nephew insures that he comes home more often.
