Hot Sauce!

I made a blueberry sauce for ice cream (delicious served warm over vanilla ice cream) out of Dr. Huff's blueberries, the finest blueberries around. As Dr. Huff once told me, they let the blueberries ripen on the vine and other vineyards are in too much hurry to get theirs to the market and they rush it and they are not as sweet. This is the first year I had to buy some at MarketStreet as Dr. Huff used to have them delivered to our office. Maybe I'll make a blueberry cheesecake in a few weeks. (This is something Mike does not like, so I make it for me and the kids)
