Creed tried to pick up the water jug and was mad when it was too heavy.

Creed discovered that his Peek a boo barn animals were magnets and he had fun putting them on the fridge and dishwasher.

Creed and I had a great birthday. We went out to eat and then came home and opened up Creed's gifts from GiGi and Grandpa. (His party with his friends is next weekend.)  He wasn't sure what to make of the firetruck at first but he decided it was pretty cool. When he first opened up Bigsby the Monster, he cried for a split second and then kissed him.

Bigsby is a stuffed character that responds to certain phrases in the book as you read it out loud. It is pretty cute.  Kara and Joey left Creed's toys here to pick up another day.  As I was getting into bed, I heard a voice in the house and it scared the beejeebees out of me~ Mike even woke up. Then I realized that I forgot to turn off Bigsby.    It did freak me out somewhat~

Nik, Kara and Creed

We went to the Fort Worth area last weekend for my niece Nikki's baby shower. We had a nice time and the food was so good. This cake from Susie's Sweet Boutique was as delicious as it was cute.  Creed wasn't feeling too well, so we came straight home afterwards.

I came home from work yesterday to see these two guys sleeping soundly. Creed has been sick with double ear infections and Grandpa fell asleep with him.

Creed is always on the move. He loves to walk around our round coffee table and he can stand for a little bit by himself. He loves to knock down the tower of blocks that we build. He is also becoming a birdwatcher. He spotted a blue jay in our birdbath when I wasn't looking and said "B B."

Joe and Joyce hosted a very nice Memorial Day Party at the lake Sunday.  These are the only pictures that I took. There were many more people there, I promise. I didn't even get a picture of Creed in his cute hat.

Creed almost 9 months old

Creed got a haircut. This picture at the bottom in his green outfit is before, the others are the after picture. His hair was getting too long over the ears and he had already had a trim. Creed walks circles around the coffee table. One of these days, he will just take off.  He keeps us all entertained.
