Thanks for your book suggestion. I hopped over to your blog and saw we have very similar tastes in reading! My very, very favorite author is Pat Conroy, and would you believe I haven't read South of Broad yet. It's the cheapie in me...I wanted to wait until it was in paperback. And then I got a Kindle for Christmas, so I will definitely buy it and read it on that now! Thanks for the comment!
