I found this recipe on Facebook. If you are on Facebook and not a "friend" of "The Meaning of Pie", you should check them out. These cookies are soft and delicious! They are Oatmeal Pecan Coconut Maple cookies, hence the shortcut name of OPCM~ :) The first time I made them, I did not have maple sugar, so I tried dipping them in maple syrup and they were good. This time, however, I bought some maple sugar. It is expensive- I paid $11.99 for a 8.8 oz jar at Market Street but you don't need much per batch, so in the long run it should last a while.
